File Size and Resolution We strongly encourage high resolution 300 ppi images. Lower resolutions (below 300 ppi) have noticeably lower print quality when converted to half-tone for printing. Ideal files are less than 5MB.

Sizing Graphic Elements Correctly Text should be at least 10pts at printing size - regardless of how it may look on screen. If designing "knockout text" (where the text is blank on a solid black background), minimum text size is 16pt, but knockout text is not recommended for printing on corrugate.

Made in State Stamps

DYNAMIC QR CODES WITH TRACKING + USING BARCODES

By integrating QR codes onto shipping boxes, businesses can provide enhanced product information and customer reviews, creating a richer customer experience that drives loyalty and repeat purchases.

Uploading your own QR Codes? A minimum size of .9" x .9" is recommended, without complex logo or designs inside the QR matrix. We do not recommend Instagram-generated QR codes.

Using barcodes? We recommend Standard or Premium Assistance to ensure barcodes scan during production for extra quality control.

Barcodes: Minimum width recommended of approx 2.2” wide (150%) for UPC-A type barcodes. Minimum height recommendation is .5".

OVERBOX FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

Shipping your UPS / FEDEX Ground order in an over box is like a fortress for your boxes. It adds an extra layer of defense that'll keep them safe from any jolts, bumpy rides, or clumsy handling. Your products will arrive at their destination as good as the day they left, keeping their quality and presentation intact. Not available for all large sizes.

THE ALTERNATIVE: STANDARD STRAPPED FULFILLMENT**

To reduce the amount of plastic in our supply chain, we strap orders less than 500 lbs into deliverable bundles with poly strap material using recycled cardboard between straps and your shipping boxes.

LTL SHIPMENTS: Freight weight orders are not eligible for over box protection.

Our Digital Preview offers you a prepress proof of your black, single-color logo on a shipping box. Unprintable Files

For optimal print quality, we require black, single-color files for printing black ink on shipping boxes. Gradients, photographs, black backgrounds, and drop shadows are not supported as they can affect clarity and overall print quality. We do minimal file conversion to maintain design integrity.

If files that don't meet our requirements are submitted, print quality will be compromised and we will not provide refunds or replacements for the printed boxes. While we strive to provide great prints, our capabilities are limited with low-resolution images or colorful files (see policy).

If we contact you with concerns about the print quality of the provided file, offer guidance, and no action is taken, please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for boxes with suboptimal prints.

To ensure the best results, please upload black, single-color files specifically designed for printing on shipping boxes. If you have any questions, our customer support team is here to assist you.

We prepare your artwork, set up equipment, and make adjustments to ensure your design prints correctly.

PRODUCTION

We print your boxes. Production time varies based on order volume and equipment capacity.

FULFILLMENT

We inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Timing depends on order size and any additional packaging needs.

SHIPPING OR TRANSIT LEAD TIME

By printing locally in two locations, we reduce shipping distances and transit times, ensuring faster delivery. Our partnership with UPS and FEDEX grants us access to large volume rates, allowing us to pass on additional savings to our customers. Efficient printing and discounted shipping rates translates to significant cost savings for other small businesses - all for the same price as blank boxes.

Shipping lead time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver your order after it leaves our facility. It begins once your packages are labeled and picked up for transit.

Delivery timing is determined by the carrier and may vary based on destination, shipping method, and potential transit delays.

Note: Shipping time is separate from production time. Production covers everything from prepress through fulfillment. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, shipping time begins.
