PREPRESS
This stage involves preparing the digital files, setting up the printing equipment, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure the printed design appears correctly on the shipping boxes. The duration of the prepress stage depends on factors such as the complexity of the design and any specific requirements.
PRODUCTION
Once the prepress stage is complete, we begin printing the black ink on the shipping boxes. The time taken for production depends on factors such as the volume of orders and the capabilities and capacity of our printing equipment.
FULFILLMENT
After the production stage, we inspect, package, and prepare your printed boxes for shipping. Fulfillment includes activities such as quality control checks, boxing the printed orders, and making them ready for handover to the shipping carrier. The duration of the fulfillment stage depends on the volume of orders and any additional packaging processes involved.

Most orders ship UPS Ground - choose from standard strapped bundles or protect your boxes with an over box.
5-15 business days

Shipping lead time refers to the time it takes for the shipping carrier, in this case UPS, to transport your packaged orders from our facility to your location. The shipping lead time begins once we create a UPS label for your packages and they are picked up by the carrier for transit.
The shipping lead time is determined by UPS and may vary based on factors such as the destination, chosen shipping method (e.g., ground shipping, expedited shipping), any potential delays in transit, and the carrier's operational efficiency.
Please note that the shipping lead time is separate from the production lead time. The production lead time encompasses the time required for us to complete all the necessary steps, from prepress to fulfillment, to produce your printed shipping boxes. Once production is complete and your packages are handed over to UPS, the shipping lead time begins.
