- ✗ Custom sizes or accessories
- ✗ Damaged or refurbished items
Price match requests must be made before purchase or within 10 days after. Product must be in stock and shipping costs included in comparison.

Sites like DealSpotr and Knoji often show invalid or expired codes. We've never offered 50% off sitewide. Our everyday prices are already 50% lower than competitors - no coupon needed!

If you find an identical product with a lower advertised price, let us know prior to your purchase or within 10 days after your purchase! We will be happy to consider any price match request. PMG is mainly for our everyday standard size, stock SKUs, but we'll consider it for some special order sizes. We've done the work for you...check out our comp shop for 10 of the larger companies doing custom shipping boxes (here).
Price Match Guarantee: Guidelines, Limitations, & Exclusions
The price match guarantee is issued at our discretion. CustomBoxes.io reserves the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof in line with our guidelines, limitations, and exclusions. Product must be similar in specs, including gauge or ECT and dimensions, type of customization, quantity and price. We only price match Regular Slotted Container (RSC) boxes. Please make sure the product's price you want us to match includes price of freight.
For custom shipping boxes, we match prices with Lumi, Arka, Packlane, BoxUp, EcoEnclose, Packwire and FedEx. We generally offer 5 to 10 in-stock sizes and only price match our in-stock products. We cannot match custom sizes, accessories or mailers at the moment. Please see below for plain shipping box price matching. Exclusions apply including but not limited to: holiday promos, quantities under 99 or over 1,000, or boxes measured with the Mullen test.
We do not match competitors' shipping prices at this time.
Guidelines & Limitations
Please provide the entire advertisement or URL for proof of price. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.
Lower, advertised prices from competitors can come with inflated shipping, handling, and other hidden costs which may raise the final competitor price.
CustomBoxes.io reserves the right to verify comparable shipping and handling when analyzing lowest price. The price for a product must be listed and valid at the time for verification. We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and the availability. The product must be identical in quality, brand, size, and quantity. It must be in stock at the time of verification.
Exclusions
- Competitor clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, or pre-owned items.
- Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbuster/lightening sales, coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates, or competitor mail-in offers.
