Our Goal

We met SCUBE through other successful business growth initiatives, so we knew what to expect. Our mission was to offer customized packaging starting at the price of a plain box. Together, we set a growth goal for the next few years with multiple milestones, focusing on Media Efficiency Ratio (MER) and Gross Profit goals rather than just traffic, impressions, and sales.

Strategy

SCUBE devised a comprehensive strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads with clear KPIs to measure success. Highlights include:

  • A full-funnel strategy to complement each platform
  • Segmented campaigns targeting different customer types on respective platforms
  • Testing hypotheses for ad angles that reflect our value proposition such as affordability, sustainability, production speed and capacity. 
  • Launching offers for new customer acquisition and existing customer retention.

Execution

SCUBE executed the strategy through three types of projects:

  1. Optimizations: Routine improvements like keywords, bids, and product feed enhancements.
  2. Reporting: Monthly discussions on results, completed projects, and new project planning.
  3. Growth Projects: Pivoting and testing new ideas to ensure continuous growth. We pivoted multiple times to better meet customer needs.

Results

In just a few years, we have become a 7-figure business. Our sales grew 4x compared to the previous year, and our MER improved from 2.2x to 3.3x. We now have a strong customer base of thousands with many repeat orders and an email/social following of over 20,000 businesses.
